Our story began with a simple belief: businesses deserve better options when it comes to healthcare costs and employee benefits. For years, companies have been hit with rising premiums, increasing taxes and confusing benefit choices often without realizing ther are simarter, more affordable solutions.

After working with companies of all sizes, I saw how much money was being wasted:

About the Founder

My career began in the early 1980s in advertising, where I managed major corporate accounts and learned how to understand client needs, build effective strategies, and deliver results. I later moved to Washington, D.C., joined a mid-size bank, and quickly advanced to lead the Investment Department, overseeing 33 branches and 66 licensed agents.

When the bank sold in 1992, I founded my own investment firm, which I successfully operated for 15 years before taking a sabbatical and transitioning the business to a family member.

After several years away, I shifted my focus from helping individuals to helping businesses. I joined a group of seasoned business owners dedicated to reducing employer expenses through tax-saving and healthcare strategies. I first helped companies secure funds through ERTC, and later partnered with ClaimLinx to lower healthcare premiums and with Champion Health to bring employers the CHAMP Plan—a compliant Section 125 program that lowers payroll taxes and increases employee take-home pay.

Today, I help businesses improve their bottom line and enhance employee benefits with smart, compliant, and cost-effective savings solutions.
